Having trouble using GSC? The following topics are here as guides to help walk you through common issues encountered while using GSC.
Installing GSC
Rather than providing a large single download executable, GSC uses a web installer which only downloads the components your computer needs to run GSC. If you are experiencing an error while running the GSC installer, please visit the installer errors page. You will be presented with solutions for the different errors.
Logging into GSC

Voice/Audio Communication
One of GSC's key features is free voice communication. If you experiencing problems with anything related to voice communication (recording, playback, unable to hear yourself or others), you may review the audio troubleshooting page.
