Description
In this window you can edit your custom saved status/AFK messages.
Accessing
- Click on the File menu on the Friends List and then on the Settings menu item. Once in the Settings dialog, click on the Privacy Panel. Lastly, click on the New Message or Edit Selected button under the status messages category.
- Click on the File menu on the Friends List and then hover over the My Status > menu item and move your cursor over and click on Edit Status Messages. Lastly, click on the New Message or Edit Selected button under the status messages category.
Using the Dialog
- 1. Enter a name for this message so you can remember its contents.
- 2. Enter the message that will be sent automatically to who ever chats with you.
- 3. You can enter any of these inserts into your message and they will show the friends name, date, or time to who ever messages you.
- 4. Set whether you want to appear AFK or online.
- 5. Save or Finish editing this message.
- 6. Cancel the new message or undo your changes.
