Description

The User Interface settings panel allows you to change visual options for GSC such as skins.

Accessing

  • Open the File menu on the Friends List and click the Settings menu item.
  • Click on the User Interface panel when the settings window is open.

Application Skins

  • This will contain a list of skins in your GSC/skins folder. There will be a preview to the right if the skin has it enabled.

Window Opacity

  • Translucency: This will let you change the opacity of all GSC windows. The more to the left the scroll bar is, the more you will be able to see through your GSC windows.

Miscellaneous Options

  • Launch URLs in default web browser: Choose whether or not you want web links to launch in the GSC web browser or the default web browser set by your OS.
  • Snap windows to screen edges: Windows will snap to the edge of your desktop if they are close to the edge or off the screen so you can view it fully.
  • Recenter newly created dialogs on mouse: Place newly opened GSC windows at your cursor's location.
